Reform Ohio Now Coalition files half million signatures today

Aug. 9, 2005 - As anticipated, Reform Ohio Now (RON) surpassed its goal. Ohio State University Professor of Political Science Herb Asher fields questions at the RON press conference today where the group announced it had gathered 200,000 more than the required number of signatures.

^ Reform Ohio Now volunteers load boxes containing signatures of more than half a million Ohioans who signed the group's petition to get common sense reforms on the fall ballot.	^ Ohio State University Professor of Political Science Herb Asher fields questions at the Reform Ohio Now press conference Aug. 9 where the group announced it had gathered more than the required number of signatures to get three election reform proposals on the November ballot.
^ The cart is loaded and headed for the the Secretary of State's office.	^ Asher stands in front of boxes of petition signatures that were handed over to the Secretary of State's office for validation.
