Due to revenue shortfalls, the Dayton hospital has been targeted for closure. A rally will take place on Courthouse Square in downtown Dayton, this Sunday Feb. 17, 2008 from 2-3 p.m. All OCSEA members are invited and encouraged to come out and support these union brothers and sisters and the clients they care for.
