Link with the Union Quality Activist in your agency to learn more about how to get a team started or what kinds of results can be accomplished using process improvement tools and principles.
OCSEA members who have ideas on how to improve their agency operations should visit the Employee and Stakeholder Suggestion Program website. Leave a concise and clear message. Suggestions can be made anonymously.
