Search eligibility lists; Clarification provided on union-negotiated ratification payment
Nov. 18, 2004 - Qualified state employees will receive the OCSEA-negotiated two percent ratification bonus on Dec. 10, 2004. Any grievances concerning non-payment of the two percent bonus shall be filed directly at OCB. Not sure if you're eligible? The union requested eligibility clarification from the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. Three types of employee eligibility lists are available on OCSEA's website. full story

One-time supplement to be paid December 10
Nov. 15, 2004 - The OCSEA-negotiated one-time pay supplement for bargaining unit employees will be paid on December 10, 2004, not December 24, as previously reported. full story

Clarification on December bonus
March 9, 2004 - In accordance with the OCSEA contract, bargaining unit employees in active pay status on or before March 6, 2003, will receive a one-time 2 percent lump sum ratification payment on Dec. 24, 2004. full story

Feb. 18, 2004 - All pleadings related to the bargaining unit 3 conciliation court case are complete and both parties are still waiting for a decision from Judge McGrath. full story
