News HB 155 introduced, attacks collective bargaining April 3, 2003 - OCSEA just learned about the latest attack on Ohio's collective bargaining law. "HB 155, just introduced by Rep. Tom Brinkman (R-Cinci), would make numerous changes to the collective bargaining law, many of which we have not seen proposed before," said OCSEA Government Affairs Director Kim Fellinger. OCSEA does not anticipate that this bill will go any where at least for now. However, be aware, Brinkman is one of the most conservative legislators and he was the author of the Right to Work legislation last session. View HB 155 now. |
