Political Action Center Taft signs capital improvements bill; dec 17, 2002 - Despite our Dec. 13 Columbus Dispatch advertisement, asking Bob Taft to veto the anti-union amendments contained in the capital improvements bill (HB 675), the governor failed to keep his promise. The two anti-union amendments remaining in the capital improvements bill would:
