Without Senate support of HB 318, however, more budget cuts for vital public services is imminent, including additional slashing of already understaffed and under funded:
- State prisons;
- Youth detention centers;
- Mental health facilities;
- Veterans’ homes;
- Services and housing for Ohio’s aged, blind, and disabled;
- State and local libraries; and
- Schools and colleges.
