Taft presented his budget plan to legislators

Bob Taft's Executive
Budget for Fiscal Years 2004 and 2005 was submitted to the Ohio General
Assembly and made available to the public on Feb. 3, 2003 in accordance
with state law.
Governor Taft's Executive Budget for fiscal years 2004
and 2005 is being considered by the Ohio General Assembly in the form
of four separate bills:
- Main Operating,
- Transportation,
- Worker's Compensation, and
- Industrial Commission
