Apartment complex offers military/veterans appreciation discount

May 2007 - The "Service Appreciation Program" offers reduced rental rates to members of the following organizations: Active Duty military personnel, Reserve and National Guard military personnel, military veterans, fire departments and police departments.

The "Service Appreciation Program"is available to new customers only. The Empirian Properties discount guidelines include:

• 2007 rental rates are as follows; studio apartment $299, one bedroom apartment $399, two bedroom apartment $499.00, three bedroom apartment $599.

• Participants of the "Service Appreciation Program" must qualify under the same Rental Criteria as all other applicants.

• Proof of organization membership required at application and lease signing

• The reduced rental rate is valid for the initial 12-month lease only.

• At the end of the 12-month lease, renters who still qualify can renew their lease based on market conditions for an additional term.
