Check In: OCSEA's staging area is located at 137 S. State St. in downtown Columbus. Members should go there to CHECK IN beginning at 10:30 a.m. Grab a boxed lunch, free hat or headband, rain poncho, buttons, rally signs, education materials and more before you head to the rally.
