Correction Officer of the Year announced

Congratulations to the statewide Correction Officer of the Year, Mike Frankel of the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. Frankel and union COs from every state prison facility in Ohio were recognized by the Ohio Dept. of Rehabilitation and Correction last Friday for their exemplary work and leadership in the field. Congratulations to them all for showing that they never quit on keeping Ohio's prisons safe and secure. See this year's winner at OCSEA's Facebook page.
