The Les Best Scholarship application period has begun for 2022! Each year, OCSEA’s Les Best Scholarship program awards a total of
$12,000 in scholarships to OCSEA dues-paying members as well as their spouses and dependents. This scholarship is another great benefit of being a union member. All Les Best eligible applicants may win the scholarship up to three times. All applicants are encouraged to reapply yearly. Participants can apply for a scholarship in one category annually.
Applying for the scholarship is a simple process, and applications can be downloaded at OCSEA.org/lesbest. All application materials must be mailed back to OCSEA by April 30, 2022.
Later this summer, an independent panel of judges will grade applicants on a point-based system, with winners being notified immediately after judging.
