While OCSEA continues to work with the State of Ohio to prepare the most recent OCSEA contract for print, the members of the OCSEA Negotiations Team want to make sure that OCSEA state bargaining unit members have access to the updated pay ranges for the 2018-2021 contract. The updated pay tables are located in Appendix L of the OCSEA collective bargaining agreement and include wage increases and steps effective on July 1, 2018, July 1, 2019 and July 1, 2020.
