This OQN training is the perfect session for giving state employees a foundational understanding of the different generations in the workforce, how to understand each other and build successful working relationships, and how to train and engage the newest generation of state workers––the millennials.  Download event flier.

This training is interactive and encourages group discussion. The three-hour session will be led by Nicholas Coia from the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Employees are permitted to attend on state time provided that they obtain supervisor approval before registering. Please share with your colleagues.
