The annual OCSEA Women's Action Committee (WAC) Conference scheduled for May has been postponed. The OCSEA Board of Directors approved the decision amid the COVID-19 pandemic as a means of keeping union members safe. The event is expected to be rescheduled for later in the year.
And, in case you missed it, the annual OCSEA Minority and Community Affairs (CMCA) Conference has been rescheduled for Sept. 11-12, 2020. Additionally, many subordinate body meetings continue to be canceled or held over the phone or via video conference. If you have an upcoming union event scheduled, contact your subordinate body president or secretary for updates.
The OCSEA Union Hall remains closed through the stay-at-home order. Business hours via telephone and email continue to be 8-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
